Job Description

  • Nghiên cứu thị trường tái bảo hiểm trong và ngoài nước, tham mưu cho lãnh đạo về các phương án nhận tái bảo hiểm cố định/tạm thời.
  • Quản lý, theo dõi và triển khai thực hiện các hợp đồng tái bảo hiểm cố định.
  • Thu xếp các dịch vụ tái bảo hiểm tạm thời nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và hiệu quả.
  • Thông báo, theo dõi thu đòi bồi thường từ các nhà tái bảo hiểm đối với các tổn thất thuộc hợp đồng bảo hiểm có thu xếp tái bảo hiểm.
  • Quản lý, hướng dẫn các cá nhân, đơn vị liên quan trong VBI thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến hoạt động tái bảo hiểm.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành kinh tế, tài chính, bảo hiểm, ngân hàng. 
  • Anh văn giao tiếp tốt (tương đương TOIEC 700), sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
  • Năng động, tác phong chuyên nghiệp, kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình tốt.
  • Khả năng làm việc độc lập/ theo nhóm tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
