Job Description

  • Quản trị, vận hành hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu đảm bảo an toàn, ổn định và hiệu suất cao.
  • Thực hiện backup, restore, giám sát hiệu năng, xử lý lỗi và tối ưu hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu.
  • Viết và tối ưu các truy vấn SQL phục vụ báo cáo và khai thác dữ liệu.
  • Phối hợp với đội ngũ phát triển phần mềm, BA để thiết kế cấu trúc CSDL phục vụ cho hệ thống ứng dụng.
  • Xây dựng và duy trì tài liệu kỹ thuật liên quan đến cơ sở dữ liệu.
  • Hỗ trợ triển khai các giải pháp dữ liệu trên nền tảng Cloud (nếu có). Đảm bảo bảo mật dữ liệu, kiểm soát phân quyền truy cập.
  • Theo dõi, cảnh báo và xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động của CSDL.

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Hệ thống thông tin hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Có kiến thức vững về cơ sở dữ liệu (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB…) và truy vấn SQL.
  • Hiểu các khái niệm về sao lưu, khôi phục, chỉ mục, phân mảnh, replication, transaction, bảo mật cơ sở dữ liệu…
  • Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, giao tiếp tốt, cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm.
  • Junior: Ưu tiên ứng viên mới ra trường hoặc có từ 0.5 – 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí DBA.
  • Middle: Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm DBA hoặc Data Engineer. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tối ưu hệ thống, xử lý dữ liệu lớn hoặc làm việc trên môi trường Cloud (AWS, GCP...).
